A little history of this post: I started to do some research around freezer meals for my maternity leave in 2018, and I was shocked at the lack of options out there. Don’t get me wrong – the internet has many freezer meal recipes, but most of them were pretty disappointing to me in terms of health and flavor. So I put together my own!
